First Listen: Black Death 1349 by The Middle East

Well, The Middle East have been lucky enough to have been graced by the presence of Jesus at their birthday party, and on April 8, we’ll find out how big an impact this divine appearance has made to their celestial folk sound. Yes folks, that’s right, The Middle East’s long-awaited album will be released on said date, entitled I Want That You Are Always Happy, and to celebrate this announcement, they’ve released a new song.
Album opener-to-be, Black Death 1349, despite never hitting that climactic release of musical buildup and tension that The Middle East do so well, is still a stellar track, and the LP is a dead cert to take the indie music world by storm.
